Slava has a degree in Kinesiology, has mentored with an Olympic level strength coach, and worked with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other bodyworkers to better understand performance and manage injuries. Healthy movement habits take time, patience and consistency to learn. Slava will help you achieve your potential and experience the freedom that comes with healthy movement, no matter your skill or experience level.
